Ernie (comic strip) : ウィキペディア英語版
Ernie (comics)

''Ernie'' was a cartoon published in the British comic book ''Eagle'', from the first issue (dated 27 March 1982) and appearing in most issues thereafter. He was drawn by Dave Follows.
Ernie was a fictional eagle, and The Eagle's mascot. He supposedly lived atop King's Reach Tower, the headquarters of IPC where the Eagle was produced.
By Eagle's relaunch in issue 79 (dated 24 September 1983), his strip had been dropped, but he still continued to appear occasionally as part of editorial content, until he was replaced by Max from The Thirteenth Floor.
